Nitrogen

Technical Excellence At Work

Assurance backed by competence

Nitrogen services that deliver reliability, availability, and safety to projects across multiple geographies.

Our comprehensive range of nitrogen services includes purging, freezing, inerting, pressure testing, drying, leak detection, and decommissioning. Each service is meticulously designed to support in-line inspection programs and maintain operational integrity and safety.

We also execute the total project management from engineering of flow plans to coordination of logistics, delivery, and on-site storage. Our highly experienced technicians can meet your plant and pipeline nitrogen requirements in locations all over the world.

  • Pipeline purging and displacement

Nitrogen purging to safely remove hydrocarbons from pipelines. Displacement services to replace hazardous gases with inert nitrogen and prevent corrosion/contamination.

  • Pipe freezing for isolation

Specialized services for pipeline isolations at any stage of maintenance and enabling temporary maintenance without the need for a complete system shutdown.

  • Accelerated cooldowns

Quick cool-down services to rapidly reduce equipment and storage tank temperatures, essential during start-ups and shutdowns.

  • Nitrogen-helium leak testing /Sonic leak detection

Utilization of nitrogen to pressurize systems and detect leaks in pipelines and storage vessels. Use of sonic leak detection technology to prevent gas leaks and explosions and ensure industry compliance.

  • Decommissioning

Safe decommissioning of oil and gas wells, pipelines, and platforms while mitigating environmental impacts and adhering to regulatory requirements.

  • On-site nitrogen generation

Reliable and steady nitrogen source on site for purging, inerting, and pressure testing.

Projects

  • Offshore Gas Facilities Increment Project - KSA--

    Gas Facilities Increment Project

    Location: KSA

    Services: Nitrogen, Pipelines

Executed the pre-commissioning of over 550 km of offshore and onshore pipelines ranging from 4” to 36” in size. The project included incorporating ILI inspections, Nitrogen lay-up and Nitrogen-Helium leak testing across multiple platforms.
